We are struggling at this juncture to get folks to their attainment targets. That said, we have made a lot of really good change this year in an effort to turn this around, and I think those that join will reap those future benefits.

Culture and leadership is where we thrive. There could be a stronger opportunity for bdr's from an inbound motion but we have to hunt so it is what it is.

Sprout truly does practice what they preach with their culture - its great and mostly everyone here is absolutely fantastic to work with and takes their job seriously, but likes to have fun/can be themselves.
