The reps and leadership are solid. Executives have placed strong emphasis on product innovation, partnerships, and customer support, which has helped with industry fit. However, internal data and operational execution during deals can be challenging. With the current economic landscape, deals are smaller and more competitive with down-channel vendors. Leadership has been supportive, and adjustments have been made to help offset this.

My overall experience has been positive. Phenomenal leaders that care about the individuals on their team. Recent pricing and target market changes are creating some growing pains.
