There has recently been a mass exodus in sales at every level. Sprout has a solid product, but comp definitely needs to be higher in order to retain top talent.

Product is strong but the inbound funnel has dried up after price increases and tightened budgets. The reality is that many marketing teams have social tools at the top of their list when they make cuts and it has made outbounding extremely challenging.
