Current Employee At Sprout EMEA it is no longer possible to attain quota consistently. If you finish on under 80% for the month, coaching plan. If you perform less than 250 activities a week, coaching plan. Last year a team of 6 (Velocity) with decent performance is now two teams totalling 18 people, increased targets and leaders that are new to management. Team attainment is around 40%. EMEA had strong leadership but they all left few months ago which now makes complete sense. All strategy comes from the US. Sales ops have no presence in EMEA so it is entirely built to appease shareholders and is founded with no grasp on the reality of the EMEA market. Inevitably there will be downsizing. Enterprise is under similar strain. Leadership want those who perform the best to stay but really they want reps to leave to correct their own strategy rather than own up to shareholders that the growth forecasted is not possible. The agency and partnerships team which was a high performing team is being disbanded and folded into other parts of the under performing business. Browse Other Reviews
