Variable compensation is a disaster, always changing and overall low compared to competition and other sw companies. Seems to be purposely changing to avoid paying and really difficult to understand or track. Multipliers are not good and unrealistic. Disappointing. There are other good things though and a good company, but if looking to kill it here through a generous variable compensation schedule this is not the place!

Good place to work. Lack of transparency on targets and they are subject to change mid quarter which impacts comp.
