Current Employee Everything is going downhill. The organization is a shell of what it was. Outside executives are being brought in. They tell you that they are and will be transparent but it's just word salad and bragfests. Multiple rounds of layoffs have occurred but they spin it and some of it is done very quietly. Overall morale is down across the board. We are more silo'd than ever. As someone with 15+ years of service, the morale, culture and ability to make money are in the tubes. They continue to screw over the only customer facing/revenue generating arm of the organization. They are more concerned with making Salesforce look great than to actually address our on time performance, pricing and sales support.
