Current Employee Vanta used to be a great company to work at when it was easy to sell, but newer competitors have led to an impossible situation:
You are supposed to hit pretty high quota while also being pushed by upper management to reduce pricing. Cheap low-quality shops like Delve and Sprinto have been forcing us to lower pricing significantly, despite our offering being vastly superior. This has made it really hard to sell.
