They lie during the interview process saying people hit quota. They do not. The number is unattainable and you are not given resources to be successful.

Vanta upmarket took a while to get going but is now firing on all cylinders. Average Deal values have gone up significantly, win rates against main competitors continue to climb. Culture and vibes are good and most are hitting numbers now.

If you are an ae in Sydney, would not recommend at all. Monthly targets are 125k, with now little to no marketing support. Scaled the team from 5 reps 12 months ago to now 13 and they want to add more… Good luck with the targets… all they tell us to do is outbound more… but also close outbound deals in 2/3 weeks. 1.5 million USD is the target..
