Solid place to learn the ropes of sales. Somewhat rigid sales structure with an emphasis on getting POCs installed in favor of thorough qualification and discovery. Good technology and smart people but not for everybody

They have an Inbound SDR, so you won’t be getting any inbound leads. Most accounts have already evaluated Varonis but went with BigID or another competitor due to how expensive we are. The commission structure is complex, and micromanagement is at an all-time high. I wouldn’t recommend it. Very few are hitting quota.. Ask them why they are always hiring.. because...Read More
