Not great. There are only a few reps within the entire organization that hit their number and are constantly fed with leads. Lot of turnover in the sales departments. The others that have been there for years never hit their number

Hard to pitch to the correct personas within the CpaaS/UcaaS niche. There are so many products we are not a one product plug and chug solution.

To start with my review context, most of my experience has been in fact positive. Revolving door: hire and fire. People are here today, gone tomorrow. Poor noncompetitive products mix , lack market relevance.
