Great Company. Great Product. Great Culture. Company I want to work at for the next decade or more. Sales Development and Field Team relationship is great for learning and growth opportunities. 1 CSD for 5+ AEs and a one on one experience with an RSD is incredible. The middle management in CSD is solid. They are helpful and understand how the job is done effectively and the nuances of getting the field team to convert your hard work in to S1 Qualified pipeline. Leadership separating inbound/outbound was not a good call though.

The sales org is not diverse. Particularly in leadership. I think they could do a better job finding diverse talent to promote.
