Current Employee My experience at Workiva has been defined by helping build and scale an Enterprise Customer Success organization while supporting complex, high-value customers in a fast-growing environment. I’ve been successful by taking an executive-level, consultative approach—owning customer strategy end to end, navigating cross-functional complexity, and driving measurable outcomes like expansion, retention, and risk reduction, often without mature processes in place. Many of the challenges stemmed from rapid growth, evolving internal structure, and the need to create clarity and strategy where none existed, which ultimately accelerated my development and impact. That said, compensation has consistently lagged the scope, expectations, and results of the role, which has been a notable downside despite the level of responsibility and performance required.
