Workiva used to be fantastic, with the ever changing regulatory environment and lack of new technology times are difficult as a seller. Lots of middle management change and uncertainty.

High turnover of SDR staff can lead to decreased Opportunity/pipeline generation. 60/40 split of base/OTE compensation, wish this was 50/50. Product is a great fit and customers love it, which is what drives the 98% customer retention rate.
