PE firm poisoned what was once a good place to grow and build comraderie. This company no longer cares about it's employees. Since acquisition, perks and benefits have been cancelled and blocked with red tape while opportunities for growth, promotions, and raises are becoming non-existent. They've recently deployed shady tactics to quiet fire folks in an effort to cost cut and get rid of the tenured folks. Only the executives at the top are winning. ICs have it more stressful each year. I would avoid this place.
