Current Employee3.4Feb 6, 2024My overall experience was good at the start and then got worse as the PE firm took over. Made territories much smaller, send majority accounts overseas with no transparency on lead flow and where it goes. Changed pay -20% with no signs of growth opportunities.

Current Employee2.1Sep 9, 2025Company needs to focus more on territory management for new hires rather than hiring new reps for coverage territories. New reps get screwed over with bad territories that make it impossible to hit quota.
