Company culture has drastically shifted since acquired by PE. Raises/bonuses were reserved to senior leadership, regardless if you achieved 100+% attainment and tenured. Released a new tool called “Dynamic Deal Guidance” which single-handedly takes money from reps pockets based on arbitrary deal inputs. And the cherry on top, micromanagement. If you’re considering joining and have options on the table, place your bet elsewhere. Sadly, what was once a fun & rewarding place to work remains to be no longer true
