Very toxic South European leadership. Good base compensation but quite hard to hit target in Southern Europe. Good customer base that are mostly happy with the product. Easy to work and collaborate with stakeholders as well.

Used to be a great place to work. The number of AEs who hit their quota is very low. A lot of favoritism. This translates into a better territory. If you know how to play the game, you'll be fine, but it takes time to build those relationships.

The team is made up of genuinely nice, collaborative people with a strong customer-first mindset. AI is rapidly transforming this industry, and Zendesk is making meaningful strides in that direction. The product has a strong fit for SMB and Mid-Market segments, though it’s not yet fully optimized for the needs of large Enterprises.
