My overall experience (current employee) is that the sales team is a complete 80/20 split, maybe more actually. 80% of reps get nowhere near quota. The territories seem so weak, and arbitrarily aligned. If you’re a lucky one, you’ll land with something, the rest of us…..good luck!!!

I am very happy at zendesk. The product is excellent and overall it is a very good employer. The compensation structure does however not develop in a favourable direction. Since its not a public company anymore, stock options are not interesting anymore.

Poor leadership and career progression. Product got better, but micromanagement and pressure has spiked.
