Great value proposition and product, and a strong compensation plan. However, many talented people have left the company in recent months due to poor leadership in certain regions, where issues reported by employees have not been addressed, ultimately impacting the business.

It's been a poor experience over the course of my two year tenure. - Bad senior/exec leadership that is very out of touch - Low comp which feels even lower in '24 due to no raises and they moved us from hourly to salary so we are doing about 4-5 jobs now this year for even less pay b/c of no OT. - No meaningful career dev.
