Current Employee It's been a poor experience over the course of my two year tenure.
- Bad senior/exec leadership that is very out of touch
- Low comp which feels even lower in '24 due to no raises and they moved us from hourly to salary so we are doing about 4-5 jobs now this year for even less pay b/c of no OT.
- No meaningful career dev. It's literally ALL dependent on who your mgr is and if they're a checked in manager.
- No COL adjustments to the crazy high inflation in TWO years.
- Poor visibility since the PE firms took over and took us private.
- They keep info from us.
- There are only a few good managers that care and are dedicated but the rest (majority) aren't very good and really hinder your growth here.
