You've segmented the Account Execs/New Business Sales roles but lumped all the AMs together. Is there a way to get a directional sense of how MM, Ent, SMB, etc are doing in terms of quota attainment and may the way you've done for their new business peers?
More QuestionsJust got an offer to be an SDR outbound, skipping inbound. I am told that I can be an AE in 4-6 months with my experience and if I do well. I intend of performing but I have heard horror stories about people fired without PIPs , grind culture, hard time using PTO, work/life balance, etc. Advice? TyI just read that ZoomInfo laid off 6% of their workforce yesterday. Curious as to what impact this had on the sales organization, if any? Were all departments impacted? Was thinking this would be a good org to come into now given AI, etc but maybe not the right time?
