Former Employee It was mid. It’s honestly about who you know and how much you buy into the ZI culture. There is a big opportunity for new sellers that don’t have prebuilt habits or that will be willing to “grind leads.” Inbound leads aren’t qualified and SDR’s mean well, but they are just trying book meetings, not qualify or disqualify leads.
