Specifically, the international business. The culture appears great, but it is not always what it seems. This is a fast-paced environment, and every second counts. They hire fast and fire fast, even if you are hitting quota. Because they are focused on growth. I was fortunate to work with some great people, including my manager. However, unless you are consistently smashing target month over month in a high churn business, expect to burn out or not last very long. Still, though it was an enjoyable ride.

My overall ex[erience was good, too many direction changes to make a genuine impact on any goal. Wonderful colleagues and front-line managers. Dir + level personnel changes contributed to lack of overall direction

The company has a good product, at the top end of the market. Lots of lower priced options make it hard selling, and the inbound leads aren't reliable.
