My overall ex[erience was good, too many direction changes to make a genuine impact on any goal. Wonderful colleagues and front-line managers. Dir + level personnel changes contributed to lack of overall direction

What started off as promising became a nightmare. ZoomInfo is going downhill, losing SMB/MM customers to much cheaper competitors who basically do the same things we do. ZoomInfo is a great company to work for in terms of comp and the ability to be trained and learn at the highest level. The downside is extreme micromanagement and lack of work life balance.
