I enjoyed my time at Zoominfo. However, the layoffs came out of nowhere. At the time of the layoffs, they had just hired additional staff in the Operationsos area. They decided to layoff existing sales who performed well, rather than not continue the hiring of the new personnel. Because they were worried about being embarrased.

If you want to grind and work like a dog, and do at least 5-10 hours of extra prospecting to hit quota every month, then this is the position for you! I get the grind, but seriously, make quota and heaters a little more attainable for people who want to have a life outside of work.
