I've been part of this company for over three years, and can share that if you're willing to put in the work, you'll make an impact and that will give you meaningful work and a great income. Fantastic benefits and a very fair pay structure, transparent leadership, and opportunity to build vs just follow a predetermined path make this job one I'm planning to stay in for a lot longer than initially expected. Pleasantly surprised by what this career move has given me.

Great Product Market fit. Success can sometimes depend on which segment of accounts you are provided with. Inbound leads are abundant but are not always properly vetted.

Super stressful company, you are nothing but a number. I always hit my quota but it took away my mental health, managers are inexperienced. Half of your team won't hit quota, most people are getting fired or they quit on their own. If you are looking ghere to see if you want to work at Zoominfo, RUN.
