My experience has been great thus far for an entry-level position. Typically, SDRs enter the company as Inbound SDRs, who make $52k in base and another $7,200 or so in commission, purely calling MQLs. A majority of these SDRs who stick it out and are capable are promoted to a purely Outbound role within 6-12 months, where OTE is around 75k, but top performers are making between 90-110k total annually, and it's uncapped. ZoomInfo rewards hard work, and those willing to work hard succeed here. For someone willing to put in a few extra hours (they compensate overtime at time and a half as well), there is a clear promotion path. KPIs are currently 100 calls a day, no email or LinkedIn message expectation, but adding both to your workflow benefits the rep. Management is phenomenal and is invested in your success; the culture is great, and the tech stack is superb.
