A fast-growing company with pain and opportunity associated. They are still looking for product-market fit with regard to their commercial offering vs. open source solution. Getting very process oriented which is becoming counterproductive, especially at this stage of a company.

I believe the Sales Engineering team is full of incredible and intelligent people. A group of very experienced data practitioners.
