Workplace Solutions (WPS) segment (HCM = HR, PR, WFM, Talent Science, LMS) is struggling for relevancy (and new business) in a very competitive market. Significant investments were made in HR/PR but too little, too late and didn't really keep pace with enterprise competitors.  WFM is solid but very dated and well behind the enterprise market in UI, UX, and many functions now expected and included with almost every other competitor.  No true integration between HR/PR and WFM.  These conditions create a very challenging sales process in the enterprise and even mid-market space.   The respect shown to AEs by WPS Sr. leadership (above the AE's direct manager) leaves much to be desired.  Not a trusting or respectful environment.  No one has your back.
