Company over hired and now are firing and pipping people. It is a complete bait and switch. They tell you they get a lot of leads but the leads are trash if you're not in the right spot on the lead router. Total disconnect between product and sales team.

My overall experience was good. They have a high base because you do not get commission. You get 2 bonuses a year. For your H1 quota attainment, you get paid at the end of October and for your H2 quota attainment you get paid out the following year at the end of April. They do this so you can't leave.
