A lot of ups and downs, changes, positioning BUT believe we are poised to be a top of category. Refreshed vision and more collaboration around one Twilio. No longer the red headed step child of Twilio. Still very challenging sale. Excellent benefits.

Lackluster across the board, good base, awful compensation plan changes, penalizing reps for churn and contraction regardless of reasons for churn (I.e. bankruptcy etc), middle management atrocious, OTE substantially lower, RSUs excellent.
