Revolving door of Account Executives. Company is not doing well.

CRO is a total knob job and has no clue how to manage and motivate a team. There's no accountability from the top. Just an overall terrible environment. If you read any good review on here, my guess is that it's the CRO pretending to someone else. Most people in the A.E. role here are miserable.
