Great company and great products, but APAC leadership is extremely siloed and it has become a bit of a mess. Wild internal politics with a SSE team who rides of the coats of others success.

Overall, fun company to work at with great teammates and leadership. There's lots of sales opportunities so you can qualify hard and there's a chance to have £1m+ years when getting into accelerators.

My experience has been mostly positive. There does not seem to be alot of organization, though. Leadership fired the whole enablement team and has leaned on SDRs to pick up the slack, leading to alot of extra work (none rev generating) with absolutely no change in compensation.
