Was once a great and exciting company/product, but innovation has really slowed the past 3-4 years. Implementations are too expensive to justify for 90% of businesses. Sales leadership and the people are good.

Since the acquisition there has been quite a bit of change and all new leadership. Opitmistic about the future!

Ton of reps leaving the company. Basically full management and c-level turnover. Tough environment to sell in. Most people only closing inbounds which are minimal. No BDR support - only BDRs for inbound. Coupa feels super uncertain to me right now. Success depends on territory and inbounds. Lots of resources getting replaced by people in India.
