Currently interviewing for the Digital Native Hunter AE role in the US. Understand that most sales jobs can depend on territory, team, etc and can be a grind. Are folks having success in this segment? Or are most people failing?

More QuestionsIs the quota attainment stat on here accurate?Was looking into a Digital Native AE role, but some of the reviews are off putting. In particular - brutal culture, tiny territories (complete hit or miss), and toxic leadership (again, luck of the draw with the team you end up on). Is this actually true or just a few people's experience?
