More QuestionsWas looking into a Digital Native AE role, but some of the reviews are off putting. In particular - brutal culture, tiny territories (complete hit or miss), and toxic leadership (again, luck of the draw with the team you end up on). Is this actually true or just a few people's experience? Met with a recruiter about a hunting role in Databricks' Startup Segment - is quota/OTE attainable? What is total comp like? Any gotcha's a potential candidate should look out for/be aware of?
