I’m expecting an offer next week for a Startups Core role. Reading some concerning reviews about quota attainment and sales culture. Trying to sift through if these are disgruntled/unsuccessful reps or if this is the general truth? Also, is there a fast path to promotion?
More QuestionsIs the quota attainment stat on here accurate?Was looking into a Digital Native AE role, but some of the reviews are off putting. In particular - brutal culture, tiny territories (complete hit or miss), and toxic leadership (again, luck of the draw with the team you end up on). Is this actually true or just a few people's experience?
