Overall it was a great product but this is a super technical sale to data engineers and data scientists. Alignment to 1-3 accounts is tough in a consumption only quota with ginormous YOY growth goals that were drastically unachievable. Very few in my vertical came close to 50% of quota.

Difficult place for most sales reps, really need to focus on the account territory - are the accounts a good fit for Databricks. Enterprise Accounts are weirdly defined - $50B Revenue is Enterprise & $600M is Enterprise. Leadership is more concerned with making dashboards look right rather than actively managing.
