Intense onboarding. All AE’s describe first 6 months as overwhelming. Micro management exists. Internal processes complex. Product is high quality.

The inbound activity is passed off to an SDR team and yield no results. With the limited amount of inbound activity, these should pass through the lead AE to distribute the response message or take ownership. If inbound activity was higher, I could see a purpose for an SDR role.
