This company treats salespeople as if they are disposable. Really toxic culture and mean people. Territories constantly shrinking with very little upside based on the new comp plans. CEO is a tyrant and also rude af. Go work anywhere else (yes, including Amazon or SAP or some trash company).

Amazing Platform. Important Category (Data, Analytics, AI). Growing pains in the developing sales org. 3-4 re-orgs in less than 2 years and 2 significant changes to the overall compensation plan. Company still truly operates like a startup.
