Databricks has a great product and awesome co-workers, but they have recently started micromanaging sales dev teams, adding extra steps that slow down progression. They are also very serious about return-to-office policy.

Good company depending on your department/manager. I was not set up for success. I had a quota before I had accounts and was ultimately let go for underperforming. Make sure you stay on top of them with getting everything you need
