Databricks has a great product and awesome co-workers, but they have recently started micromanaging sales dev teams, adding extra steps that slow down progression. They are also very serious about return-to-office policy.

Databricks is an interesting compensation model. You can get a list of accounts that are terrible and your compensation is based 70% on consumption. So 30% of your comp is on new business and the quotas are absolutely insane. No one makes their number and people are miserable.
