Current Employee Anyone doing new business be careful. The thresholds for commission are wrapped up in huge complex documents and people often think they’ve acquired a new logo only for an unknown Sales Ops Analyst to dig out small print and block your commission. Managers more bothered about getting execs invited to events than proper pipe gen. Consumption model is straightforward but the approach is way off - SA’s struggle to size opportunities so people guess their forecast often under pressure to just make a number up. Tech is great. But do your research into your hiring manager. Most people don’t hit quota. Rocketship on the outside rubber dinghy on the inside. Have had many partners describe the company as “arrogant” and I’d concur with that. If you’re happy earning a steady £200k you’ll be fine but if you’re ambitious you won’t do £300-£400k unless you’re in with management and get the best accounts (tiny %). Heard stories of “biggest ever deals” and rep not being paid properly and leaving. Weird place.
