Good start, but not a forever career path. Consistent micromanagement to ensure those who are not aligned to the line of work being circa early 2000s, not modern work flow where employees are trusted to do their work.

Dell is in a phase of not wanting to pay their sales reps. Continual budgeting cuts on compensation. They will make sure not too overpay you.

This was my second stint at Dell and although the company had made some significant changes through EMC acquisition, it was still the same legacy culture of Dell, and this experience was not as enjoyable as the first. Enablement and training was subpar and was not given a significant foundation or ramp up period to ensure success. There are better sales opportunities...Read More
