Many leaders throughout the Sales org should NOT be in Leadership positions. The company as a whole is going downhill.

Around 1-2 people out of 10 hit quota on the Newco team, while about 100% of the install team consistently hits, but management can't admit that there is a mismatch in goal-setting.
