Current Employee Put salespeople on a 6 month plan making it easier to fire. Higher quotas. They are stealing accounts mid term from strategic and enterprise teams to go to globals and offering inadequate backfill. They are doing silent layoffs in sales targeted at anyone who doesn’t have a dell or VMware background. Really toxic culture trickling down from c suite leaders - especially if you are female. In the northeast I think maybe two women remain. It’s sad as Dynatrace used to be an amazing place to work. It’s a great solution. If you are a top performer this environment will piss you off unless they make some major changes. Competitors have better cultures more in line with a safe and fun place to sell.
