Elastic is evolving and changing. Curious to see where the new CRO takes the company. Segmentation and territories are weird. Hope that changes in the future. No clear GTM, no real inbound flow, unrealistic quotas, avoid if you are a sales professional trying to make money. Only join if you are a recent grad trying to get their first sales experience in SaaS

Current Employee

Good tech but have gone in a few too many directions. Leadership was great but recently shifted its message to the field simply isn’t working hard enough. 24% hitting quota and the answer is that the reps are the problem. As a performing rep, I’m unsure I plan on being here long term.
