As a very competitive person there is no direct compensation on the starting roles in terms of how many meetings you book. I’m terms of culture and leadership there is a great culture at Fidelity with strong leaders to help point you in the right direction for your career but in terms of sales roles there are very few that depict the full essence of sales without your security licensing, therefore making it difficult to jump right into sales at the company.
