This year our compensation structure changed and the team is now on annual quotas. So far people are not tracking to get anywhere near quota.

Figma is an okay platform for design collaboration and workflow, but my experience with the company was mixed. Leadership didn’t provide strong guidance, and the team lacked diversity. While the tools themselves are useful, the organizational culture and management could use improvement to better support employees and foster an inclusive environment.

I would not recommend joining the Enterprise segment at this time. People are miserable, no one is hitting, the business is making every new product including in existing seat types, so nothing new to sell. Leadership shifts their priorities weekly - the whiplash is exhausting. They offer spiffs with no financial compensation - you get "figma swag." Really a bad...Read More
