Management shows no respect for personal time, with Saturday emails and PTO intrusions. HR seems indifferent to employee concerns despite multiple complaints.The current VP's one-size-fits-all approach for different verticals is hurting sales. Applying a SaaS B2B solution to government sales has disappointed customers and slowed down business.
