Biggest compliment I can give GitLab is that if you're someone that does the right things, the resources exist to help you succeed. There are flaws in every company and sales org, but as long as leadership continues to reward and enable people that are learning and focused on getting better, it's a great place to be.

My overall experience is very positive, great growth opportunities, however new logos attainment is difficult. Many people use GitLab and the free version at that, so getting organisations off the free version is challenging.
